i had an issue one evening the menu said dinner went until 1030 pm. i was told at 945 pm i could not order anything. i had a full day of meetings and wanted to eat at the hotel most kitchens were closed because it was late. i asked for something simple like a cold plate but the staff said they could not offer anything he was very rude and hung up the phone. i expected better considering the room prices and service quality.

The room AC didnt work properly. it was way too hot, and nobody seemed to know how to fix it. it. the breakfast was another letdown. The food selection felt quite limited, with NO dining Restaurant available.

the room had an espresso machine. refills of water and soda were provided every day. the staff was nice. i also liked the addition of flowers to the room, optional.
the bedroom was small. the hotel is far from the eiffel tower. i noticed the eiffel tower view from the room was partially obstructed by another building.

the room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom i found the bed very comfortable breakfast offered many options including cheese meat breads cereals fruits and yoghurts staff were helpful and accommodating especially at reception i liked how close the hotel was to a metro station.
the air conditioning did not work adequately in my room making the temperature uncomfortable the entire stay no one was able to resolve this issue .

The hotel staff took excellent care of us during our honeymoon. They upgraded our room and gave us access to the jacuzzi room for an hour (which was a good surprise!). The jacuzzi room includes a private shower with surround sound. The breakfast had great food, and the rooftop bar offered a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower.

The location was ideal and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was cute and resourceful, always ready to assist with any request. The cleaning staff left personal notes, a great touch that added a personal feel. The room offered a view of the Eiffel Tower, a great bonus.
My room was too hot, and the AC did not work. No one knew how to fix it. I was very uncomfortable because of this.
